Q. How do I use the service?

A. You can use the browser extension on the home page if you need to use it in the browser. Or use API code to programmatically request the captcha results.

Q. What captchas are supported?

A. Only image to text captchas are supported for now. Other captchas like hcaptchas, recaptchas, geetest, etc. are not supported.

Q. What payment options are available?

A. You can send payments through BITCOIN or PAYPAL. Only the ones listed on the recharge page are supported. No other payments are allowed.

Q. What to do if I have run out of credits?

A. You can test for free on the demo page. Credits can be requested and are given only to test out the service.

Q. Do you have monthly subscriptions or unlimited plans?

A. We do not provide subscriptions to our service. We also do not provide unlimited plans. You can only pay by usage. But we do offer discounts on heavy usage on request. Contact us if this is the case.

Q. Why are the captchas incorrect or taking too long?

A. If you are not satisfied, you can go for our custom solution which could cost.

Q. What to do if my recharge does not appear?

A. Please email us with your userid and transaction details and we will update the balance.

Q. Why does the extension not work on my website?

A. Please email us with your website and we will get it working for you!

Q. Why am I getting errors on my requests?

A. Please email us your captcha and type of error. We will look into it.

Q. How to use manual/accurate mode?

A. Human solving is resumed for paid users. Sorry for the trouble. We had to disable it as it was abused by some users.

Q. How to get invoices for my purchases?

Q. I am not able to delete or login or register or regenerate apikey?
